What You Need to Know

All items purchased are eligible for a full refund or exchange up to 28 days from date of purchase, subject to a full receipt (bank statements won't be accepted as proof of purchase). 
Online items can be returned instore, subject to being in line with the same terms and conditions stated above. 
After 28 days, only a credit note will be issued. This can be used at anytime.
